Nickel 201 (N02201) Pure nickel alloy is a pure nickel alloy composed of trace elements such as manganese and copper and the main nickel, which has good mechanical function and resistance to many corrosive environments. Other useful features of the alloy include its magnetic function, magnetostriction function, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low gas content and low evaporation pressure. The corrosion resistance of nickel 201 makes it particularly useful in applications where purity of products is required, such as food, man-made fibers and caustic soda. It is also used when corrosion resistance is the primary consideration in the application of structures. Other applications include chemical delivery drums, electrical and electronic components, aerospace and missile components.
Features: Nickel 201 is a pure commercial nickel with very low carbon content that has been used to service temperatures up to 1230 ° C.
Specification:
ASTM B161 Seamless nickel tubes fulfill specifications
ASTM B725 Welding of nickel pipe performance specification
ASTM B160 nickel rods fulfill specifications
