Ti-4Al-0.005B Alloy is a medium-strength α-type titanium alloy, which contains 4% α-stabilizing element Al and trace element B. Among them, Al makes the alloy solid solution strengthened, and B can refine the alloy structure . This alloy cannot be strengthened by heat treatment and is usually used in an annealed state. The alloy has excellent welding performance and corrosion resistance, and can be processed by traditional pressure processing and mechanical processing. Its semi-finished products mainly include bars, forgings, plates and wires.
